Service Description

Using a combination of several gentle bodywork techniques including but not limited to Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), Infant Massage, and Total Muscle Release (TMR), these visits are intended to facilitate the release of accumulated strain to improve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. These techniques can be helpful for all ages, especially infants struggling with colic, poor sleep, constipation, reflux, tension, and more!
