POLICY

Sick Policy

To minimize the spreading of germs between little ones, we ask that everyone respects one another and adheres to our sick policy and COVID-19 safety measures.

If anyone has a fever, is experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, and/or green mucous, please stay home.  In order to protect the safety of our participating families, we ask that all parents and children are symptom-free for 24 hours prior to the start of your therapy session or in-person class.

If you are participating in a playgroup, this may be the first “school-like” experience for you and your child. Please keep in mind that children love to share. Toys and re-usable materials provided at in-person classes will be sanitized between classes; however, this is no guarantee that toys (and germs) will not be shared amongst children in your playgroup. Be mindful of washing your hands prior to class and keeping things as clean as possible.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please remain home. We ask for your understanding when we find it necessary to enforce our policy of not permitting sick participants in our office.

Hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks are readily available on-site. You are not required to wear a mask. As regulations change, we will continue to update our requirements and safety measures in line with best practices. Thank you for your cooperation.

Refund Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel attendance to an appointment for a full refund. Sometimes things happen last minute though, so we will do our best to work with you!

We all know life happens and unexpected things can throw a wrench in our plans, especially when we have little ones.

If something changes and you can no longer attend a class that you registered for, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the space to another family. We require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the start of a playgroup for a full refund. If you or another adult can no longer attend a playgroup series that you’ve already started, we can prorate the remaining classes in your series.

If for any reason outside of our control, Wayz To Play, Inc. must cease holding in-person services, we will continue providing services virtually. In this event, we are unable to issue any refunds or credits to any classes in the middle of their series.
